This is a good choice for people who are currently exercising and are fairly self-motivated. Basic instruction over the workout equipment is given. Your second choice is the Personal Fitness Program (PFP). The PFP program is a 12-week program designed to help you develop a lifelong healthy habit of exercising. You will be given a YMCA counselor to work with you four times during the twelve-week period. Sign up for either of these orientations at the front desk.
