The Lakewest YMCA has rooms available for rent.  There are strict guidelines to the usage and availablity.

FEE STRUCTURE

Security/Cleaning Deposit - All Groups $200

LAKEWEST YMCA RENTALS

Large Multi-Purpose Room (minimum 2 hours, maximum 5 hours, maximum 150 people)
$100/hour    Community
$75/hour    Non-Profit Groups (copy of approved 501c3 certificate required)
$80/hour    Family Member

Gym (minimum 2 hours)
$75/hour    Community
$50/hour    Non-Profit Groups (copy of approved 501c3 certificate required)

Pool (minimum 2 hours, maximum 4 hours, up to 50 swimmers, $10 additional 25 swimmers)
$75/hour    Community
$65/hour    Non-Profit Groups (copy of approved 501c3 certificate required)

Kitchen – The use of the kitchen may be added to rentals for an additional $40

After-hours rentals are an additional $20/hour plus possible security at the YMCA's discretion.
